WINTERIZING: Remember to check all heat tape, make sure that heat tape is plugged in and that all skirting on the homes is in good condition, and free of holes, to insure that your homes will be properly insulated so that we will not have problems with pipes freezing. We want to insure that all homes are secure throughout this very cold winter season. If by chance your pipes do freeze, feel free to call the office and we can give you numbers of people who may be able to help.
FALL CLEAN-UP: We are scheduling them for October 16th 2017-October 27th 2017. They will be dumped as they are filled so please use them to get your lots all cleaned up and ready for winter. Also, the area by the dumpsters and the east side of the garages are NOT dumping areas.
SLOW DOWN: Out of respect and for the safety of everyone in our community, please make sure that you are driving an appropriate speed. Speed limit in the park is 15 mph. We have many residents who walk the park, walk their dogs, and children playing. It is everyone’s responsibility to make sure our streets are safe.
OFFICE CONTACT: With the holidays coming around the office will be closed but remember you can always get a hold of us by email. Our email address is email@example.com, this allows me to answer your questions when I am not in the office. Also remember you can always stop by the office or give us a call at 402-895-7072.
PARKING: Remember when it comes to parking, residents may park on the north side of the interior streets. No parking on 150th or 152nd street, vehicles parked on these streets will be towed. Also with snow fall coming around, there is NO PARKING on the streets on snow days. This is so the plows can get through the park with ease. It also it helps eliminate large piles of snow throughout the property that can tend to make it difficult to travel the streets with effortlessness. If towed contact Ely’s Towing @ (402)415-3811
If towed call Ely’s Towing @ (402)415-3911
**Please make sure that your address is properly marked on your home. Many packages have been delivered to the wrong addresses because homes are not clearly marked with their address or lot number.
