DOG OWNERS: Winter has come and gone, it is now time to clean up after your pet. Please take a moment to walk around your home and pick up after your furry friend. Also when walking your pets please be considerate of your fellow neighbors and pick up after your animals. With great pets, come great responsibilities.
LAND INSPECTION: We will begin the land inspections on April 10, 2017-April 14, 2017; the items we will be looking at this year will be included but not limited to: Window Air Conditioning Units, Fencing, Dog Shelters, Skirting, Yard Clean-up and Debris, Sheds, Mowing, and Abandon or Non-Use Vehicles. If you have any questions about any areas of the Inspections please check the Rules and Regulations of the park, or feel free to contact me.
LAND CARE: We are becoming very overgrown with volunteer trees, we have hired extra summer help to keep down the tree population. We will first be focusing on trees that are not being maintained or are too close to the gas and electrical meters. If you have any on your lot that you would like to get rid of please contact the office and we will see what we can do.
DUMPSTERS: Dumpsters will be available this year after the inspections have been completed. We are scheduling them for April 17th 2017-April 28th 2017. They will be dumped as they are filled so please use them to get your lots looking good for summer.
SLOW DOWN: Out of respect and for the safety of everyone in our community, please make sure that you are driving an appropriate speed. Speed limit in the park is 15 mph. We have many residents who walk the park, walk their dogs, and children playing. It is everyone’s responsibility to make sure our streets are safe for everyone.
PARKING: Remember when it comes to parking, residents may park on the north side of the interior streets. No parking on 150th or 152nd street, vehicles parked on these streets will be towed. Also with snow fall coming around, there is NO PARKING on the streets on snow days. This is so the plows can get through the park with ease. It also it helps eliminate large piles of snow throughout the property that can tend to make it difficult to travel the streets with effortlessness. If towed contact Ely’s Towing @ (402)415-3811
If towed call Ely’s Towing @ (402)415-3911
**Please make sure that your addresses are properly marked on their homes. Many packages have been delivered to the wrong addresses because homes are not clearly marked with their address or lot number.
