A copy of the new list of new activities is up in the clubhouse! To prepare for storm "KAYLA" we are asking that everyone makes an effort to remove cars this evening 2/1/16 so that the snow plows will have less trouble getting through the neighborhood. Thank you In Advance!
WINTERIZING: Winter is upon us and that means lots of cool weather. Remember to check all heat tape, make sure that heat tape is plugged in and that all skirting on the homes is in good condition, and free of holes, to insure that your homes will be properly insulated so that we will not have problems with pipes freezing. If by chance your pipes do freeze, feel free to call the office and we can give you numbers of people who may be able to help.
SNOW REMOVAL: During these winter months members of this community must try to remember when snow starts to fall, vehicles must be removed from the streets so the plows can get through with ease. Also it helps eliminate large piles of snow throughout the property that can tend to make it difficult to travel the streets with effortlessness.
Vehicles will be towed!! If towed call Ely’s Towing @ (402)415-3911
WEBSITE: Don’t forget, Meadowbrook Estates’ website is www.meadowbrookcommunity.com. We hope you’ll check it out as we will regularly post notices, events, etc. so we can better inform you of the happenings and announcements in your community.
**We are encouraging all tenants to make sure their addresses are properly marked on their homes. Many packages are going to the wrong addresses and this makes it easier on the individuals delivering them.
