STREET REPAIR: We are coming to the end of our street repairs for the year. It looks as though the roads will be completed by October 16, 2015 I appreciate everyone’s patience with the matter. Watch out for those speed bumps!!! We have added speed bumps to the community to help slow down the people that drive through.
SLOW DOWN: Out of respect for the safety of everyone in our community, please make sure that you are driving at an appropriate speed. Speed limit with in the park is 15 mph, more signs have been posted. We have many residents who walk through the neighborhood as well as children who play outside, and would like to ensure their safety so please SLOW DOWN!!!
WINTERIZING: Winter is upon us and that means lots of cool weather. Remember to check all heat tape, make sure that heat tape is plugged in and that all skirting on the homes is in good condition, and free of holes, to insure that your homes will be properly insulated so that we will not have problems with pipes freezing. We want to insure that all homes are secure throughout this very cold winter season. If by chance your pipes do freeze, feel free to call the office and we can give you numbers of people who may be able to help.
PARKING: Remember when it comes to parking, residents may park on the north side of the interior streets. No parking on 150th or 152nd street, vehicles parked on these streets will be towed. Also with snow fall coming around, there is NO PARKING on the streets on snow days.
WEBSITE: Just a reminder, Meadowbrook Estates’ website is www.meadowbrookcommunity.com. We hope you’ll check it out as we will regularly post notices, events, etc. so we can better inform you of the happenings and announcements in your community.
FALL CLEANUP: Beginning on October 12th, we will have two dumpsters located near the garages for a fall clean up! They will remain in the park until October 23rd! This is a great opportunity to get your home and lawns all cleaned up before we’re all stuck inside for the winter!
**We are encouraging all tenants to make sure their addresses are properly marked on their homes. Many packages are going to the wrong addresses and this makes it easier on the individuals delivering them.
